Conference Registration

The planning group is excited to have you attend the virtual conference this year! We will be utilizing a platform called Whova, which offers features allowing for ease of use and networking among both peers and sponsors. It also allows participants the opportunity to return to the platform to view content from sessions they may have missed, as well as contact peers and sponsors. With over 20 session opportunities, this is a great feature!

Registration will remain open until June 13 at 5PM.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering someone else, please use their information in first section, not your own. The payment section will allow you to use your information as the payee. Thank you!

There are two ways to register this year!

Individual tickets are $150 (one person)
-
Organization tickets are $500 (up to 10 of your staff and/or Board)
If you purchase an organization ticket, we will be in touch upon your purchase to gather individual information for each attendee associated with your organization. Those individuals will be registered by conference staff and will receive a confirmation email.

We will once again celebrate Montana organizations and the extraordinary work they are doing! When you register, you will be asked to nominate ONE organization for the this year's People's Choice Award. We will announce for a winner live during the conference! Please give us the name of the organization and a brief description of why you are nominating them. The People's Choice Award winner will receive $3,000 to produce a video highlighting their organization and work. This award is sponsored by Enterprise Housing Credit Investments.

I registered, but now am unable to attend. Is it possible to get a refund?
The Montana Housing Partnership hopes that everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. Please note, if you are not able to attend live, if you stay registered you will have access to all conference content for up to six months on the mobile app and three months on the web portal after the conference date, which can be viewed at a time that works for you.

If a refund is necessary, the Montana Housing Partnership Refund and Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Conference registration canceled online on or before Monday, June 6th is refundable but subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Registrations canceled after June 6th will not receive a refund.
